The Junior Blaze made the Midwest Junior Hockey League playoffs during their inaugural season. The boys finished the season in fourth place with an impressive 28-16-4 record. Forwards Steven Smoltz and Matt Donley, along with Goaltender Gavin Carlson, were named members of the 2012-13 All MWJHL Team.
